Kissing Bells

We already finished our Kissing bells last weekend. It was fun doing some DIY stuff. It was our stress reliever at some sort. Though, this will just be an accent to our wedding motiff and not really a must. Still we decided to have our own kissing bell  though. Here are some pics of our DIY project.

To start with, I have taken the pictures of the materials we used for the Kissing Bells. The materials were locally source...well of course, no other than DIVISORIA!

Now, the most fun part was doing all the work to assemble our kissing bells. Of course h2b do all the cutting coz he's afraid that I might cut my fingers lol. He's just so protective of me (sweet! giggle). But of course, I do help him, glued all the bells with the balloon stick.

Table Names

Instead of having a regular table numbers we  have decided to create, table names. We are associating our story to the story of the movie SERENDIPITY. Thus, our table signify the cast of Serendipity.

Let's start with the main cast:

Rvee designed the layout of our table names. We will just place this in a frame.

We will just to print the the table names created and this will be placed in eachtable during the reception.

Caricature

Have seen caricatures being used in so many wedding invites and STD. I wanted one!!! he he he. Would you believe that we can have our caricature for FREE??!!!! Yes, the friend of my bro was a Digital Animation Student at the Ateneo de Naga University and he would give us a free caricature. Isn't amazing? We have really been blessed :-)

Now, the question is...where will we gonna use this? hahaha. Geezz, will incorporate this so in some of our DIY stuff. We are really thankful to Chard for this wonderful caricature. He even included in the concept our wedding theme...AUTUMN!!! fabulous!

Monogram

I am not really very creative and artistic. I am not an internet savvy as well. I really don't know how to pull the monogram off and create one for us. Luckily I have a soon to be hubby who's good at it. He may not be that well verse in photoshop and other applications in the computer, but once he gets his hands on it, he can be able to create one. Here are some of his creation that am really proud of!!!

Black and white mono

With the above several monogram created we have not decided yet what to use. Until one day H2B became inspired again to create a monogram. I was happy on this one. The color motif have been captured and included in the concept. This will be our official monogram...tada!!!!

Save The Date

I was inspired by seeing save-the-date from my w@wie sisters. Unfortunately I am not good at computer software. I don’t know how to create one using Photoshop. Though I have in my laptop, apparently I don’t know how to use it *sigh*

Luckily, I saw a website wherein I can actually create a save-the-date(STD) by just following their own template nga lang...but then I tried…TADA!!!! Here’s the product of my pagpupuyat!!!! Happiness!!!

As I'm not yet really happy with what I made. I ask my beloved Rvee to create another STD (Save-the-date). I told him my idea. about incorporating Mcdo to our STD. Since he's more tech-y than I am. He knows how to use photoshop a little hehehe. And though I made my own version of our STD the entire night. He made the Mcdo inspired STD in just few minutes...huwaaaaattttt???are you kidding me???. And it was fabulous.

We have already posted this in facebook to inform our friends and relatives of our BIG day. Rvee and I are planning to have this as a ref magnet STD as well.
